Tracy Parrillo launched Parrillo Luxury Travel after spending over a quarter of a century as a luxury hotelier. Her career taught her the ins and outs of a range of hotel landscapes. From boutique hotels to big name brands, skyhigh city accommodations to beachside resorts, Tracy’s knowledge of the industry is seemingly endless.
And now, with Parrillo Luxury Travel, Tracy is putting her industry experience to use! Tracy knows where to go and who to call. She passes her experiences along to her clients by pulling all the right levers to make their trip spectacular. Armed with her insider knowledge, Tracy seamlessly navigates complex itineraries and the sometimes high-stress obstacles that go along with travel.

With over two decades of global experience living and working across Asia, Europe, and New York City, I bring a rare combination of cultural fluency and operational precision to every journey we craft. My background as an Executive Assistant to C-suite executives honed my ability to manage complex, high-stakes itineraries and anticipate the needs of discerning travelers before they arise.
A Michigan native and proud 20-year East Coaster (currently residing in New Jersey), I understand the value of time away from demanding professional lives. I approach every itinerary with that perspective at the forefront — curating experiences that balance cultural immersion with genuine restoration, whether in the dynamic cities of Asia, on the pristine beaches of the Caribbean, or in the countryside of Europe. At the heart of my work is a deeper mission: to create journeys that broaden perspectives and foster a meaningful appreciation for our shared humanity across borders.

With a passion for crafting extraordinary escapes, I specialize in curating unforgettable luxury and adventure vacations, from breathtaking cruises and pristine beach, lake, and mountain getaways to destination weddings, premier golf travel, and exclusive yacht charters for both leisure travelers and corporate retreats.
My destination expertise spans the sun-drenched coasts of Italy, Greece, Spain, and Portugal, the dramatic landscapes of Iceland, the vibrant cultures of South America, the opulence of Dubai, the turquoise waters of the Caribbean, and hidden gems throughout the United States.
My goal is simple: to create those magical “WOW” moments that turn into lifelong memories for my clients. I’m naturally curious and have laser-focused attention to detail. I leverage every resource at my disposal to truly understand what matters most to you and I’m not afraid to have honest conversations about destinations and budgets, always delivering straight feedback so you can make confident decisions.
Of course, I absolutely love traveling! But, I’m equally happy chilling on the couch enjoying quality time with my family and our two silly Labs or heading out for a hike, a round of golf, pickleball, live music, shopping and savoring fine dining and great wine.
